Mental health and mental illnesses can be complex and confusing topics.   Mental Health America of Texas can help you get started in finding community-based mental health resources and services to assist you close to home.

A Mental Health America of Texas affiliate or branch is a great starting place to find mental health services in your community. Although Mental Health America of Texas  and its affiliates and branches generally do not provide direct services, we are here to assist you in locating vital community resources to meet your needs.  Additional resources related to individual disorders can be found here.
